We went back to court today in Linden Alabama, in Marengo County. We had to go before the same judge
to see if he would re-hear the case on the custody of Clay. Her lawyer was there from Livingston Alabama, Sumter County. He
is also the lawyer for Department of Human Services in Marengo County, She did not appear.
Our new lawyer Ms. Mari Morrison was awsume. She showed the judge that they had based this case
on 1980 laws.
She showed the judge where the X wifes statements & alligations was based on hear
say. And her wittinesses as well.
She showed the judge that papers she had signed & presented in to evidence were not signed
by a physician but by someone else that is NOT authorized to do so.
Her lawyer at one point was stumbleing for words shall I say.
She also brought up the fact that the child was living with a murderer,the judge said he had
paid his debt. This judge was the one that sentenced him to prison for only 5 years & he only spent 3 for the
crime he committed (see the description of the crime in this web site). This was the mans second time in prison.
That they go to church now , well we do too. Also the issue that she lost custody of this child in the first place because
she is a drug abuser & she kicked him across the room & brused him on the stomach & back. This is in his
DHR records but did not want it brought up.
Ms. Morrison stated that there is no way that the home he placed this child in was safe or
happy enviroment for the child Clay. And that the mother of this child had pending domestic charges on him right now
for slapping her & knocking his own child into a table & breaking his collor bone? (the mothers own statement)
Ms. Morrison also told the judge that it was tramatizeing to the child to be torn away from a loveing
father as he was & asked why his father could not even see him, the judge gave no answer he didn't know. The judge also stated that this child had been tramatized SOME WHERE BY SOMEONE but he didn't know who but he felt it was
ok to lay it on the father? Excuse me??
Now unfortinually the other lawyer , my sons old lawyer from the first trial left
out some pretty IMPORTANT things out of the evidence of the first trial so now it can not be used in the Supreme
Court.
Things such as to her statement wrote on the divorce papers when she divorced her husband the
first time & now (she remarried him) that he was unfit & UNSAFE to be AROUND CHILDREN?? The claims that
he had made against Clay, that he hated the child, he could do the little s.o.b. in because he was nothing to him? (the mothers
own words)

Nor did he add or ask her about the knife she pulled on my son in front of all the children.
The pictures of Clay with his daddy AFTER we put everything in front of him he did not summit
the pictures. NOR was the video of our home, that would have made her statements about our home a lie.
Her lawyer DID NOT want DHS in Opelikia Alabama to go into the home & do an inspection
NOR put it on tape?? Now why not ?
NOR DID THE JUDGE .
Oh yes may I add when Ms. Morrison pointed out that the judge had HANDLED the case wrong,
his face would turn blood red yes he was mad, she pointed out several things & when she did he would turn red. So of course
he denied our rights to have the case reheard. She boldly told him we are fileing to the Supreme Court.
Now I don't know about everyone out there BUT if you have been in court in Marengo County in the
past 2 years or since 1980 & you feel or know you were RAIL ROADED, by a judge & or lawyers you
need to do some checking there is something WRONG.
You need to seek advice OUT OF MARENGO COUNTY, & OUT OF SUMTER COUNTY. AWAY FROM
MARENGO COUNTY.
